These Terms of Service ("Agreement"), together with the Privacy Policy at blessly.com/privacy and any other policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Blessly LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Blessly ("Blessly," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the Blessly website at blessly.com, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Blessly Platform" or "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding contracts, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree, stop using the Platform immediately.

Blessly automatically assigns a top-rated Blessly Pro to your booking — you do not choose your Pro (Section 3).
All bookings are charged after service completion via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Stripe — except interior design, Airbnb setup, home setup services, and any booking over $800, which require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking (Section 6).
The Blessly Satisfaction Guarantee Pledge covers dissatisfied bookings with remedies including reperformance, refund, platform credit, or repair/replacement (Section 6d).
Cancellations more than 2 hours before a booking are free; your first reschedule is always free; second reschedule incurs a $25 fee; all subsequent reschedules are $25 each; cancellations under 2 hours incur a $25 fee (Section 7c).
Disputes are resolved through 60-day informal negotiation, then binding American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (Section 21).
Claims must be filed within 1 year of arising or will be forever barred (Section 20c).
