This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") for Blessly LLC (doing business as Blessly) ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. For questions or concerns, contact us at support@blessly.com.
What personal information do we collect? We collect information you provide directly (name, contact details, payment information, home access instructions), information collected automatically (IP address, device data, usage data, before-and-after property media captured by Blessly Pros), and information from third-party sources (background check services, payment processors, social media providers, and partner referrals).
Do we process sensitive personal information? We do not intentionally process special categories of sensitive personal information as defined under GDPR. We do collect certain protected classification data (such as age, date of birth, and, for Blessly Pros, identity documentation) only as required for legal compliance, age verification, and background screening purposes. Background check data for Blessly Pros is handled by authorized third-party providers under applicable law, including the FCRA. Blessly Pros expressly consent to background checks at time of application and to ongoing periodic and cause-based re-checks as a condition of continued participation on the Platform.
Do we share your information? We share information with service providers, payment processors, analytics tools, other users (to facilitate bookings), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How do we protect your information? We use technical and organizational security measures including TLS/SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment storage. No internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law (see Section 12A).
What are your rights? Depending on your location (US, Canada, EU/UK/Switzerland), you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. You also have the right to opt out of automated Pro assignment and request human review (Section 7), opt out of promotional use of property media (Section 14), and opt out of targeted advertising via Global Privacy Control signals (Section 15).
